Moriah - Update 8: Debrief Blog 2

My friend Quinn taught me what true faithfulness to God looks like. She taught me what hoping in God despite chronic illness looks like. Quinn shared her story with me and I learned a lot about her journey, and man it is a hard one. Quinn taught me how to wait patiently for the Lord, not only in hopes for healing but in hopes for the dream she has for her future to be worked out. Quinn is a discerning person regarding the state of people and at the end of the trip she told me that she saw gifts of gentleness and compassion in me and she encouraged me to remember my story and how it has shaped me. She taught me the importance of remembering.
