Malorye - East Africa Update 1

This past week I was a little sick. Though I have no fear, dear reader, I am completely fine and was very well taken care of through lots of prayers and by sweet friends. In the times when I needed to lie down for rest, I was really able to connect with the Lord.

I’ve gained a new compassion for those dealing with illnesses in a third-world country. I could not imagine what it would be like being ill and having no access to medical care. However, during my time abroad, I met people who did not have access to the care they needed. This reality furthers an endurance that I may be able to be someone who is able to help provide and create basic and necessary care to those who do not have it.
