Journal prompt: What role does the Bible play in missions?

To think that to do missions without the Bible is just so wrong, on so many levels. The Bible is the tool/weapon/vehicle etc. of missions. I’ve seen even over this trip that the Bible’s role is to be the instruction manual. Everything we have done has come from the Bible. So to answer the question, what role does the Bible play in missions? My answer simply is, the role of the Bible is to be an instruction manual.
