Get to Know Angel
My name is Angelique Nibaruta, I am twenty eight old and I am from Congo DRC!
Why are you going?
I am going because I want to deepen my understanding of God’s word and grow in my ability to apply the Word of God through serving people.
What is this mission?
This summer I am going to be traveling with the organization, Global Outreach Developments Int'l, a non-profit organization based in Nashville. I got the opportunity to be a part of a short stateside mission trip last summer and it was really special. During this time I learned how to be present and to give the Lord my full attention. I am excited get the chance again this year to let the Lord teach me and grow me in many ways. I think this time will help me to break the Christian cultural cycle that I grew up with and learn God’s agenda.
