Ethan - Update 2: Morristown Blog

The Lord really showed me 2 things in Morristown. One was part of what it is to serve. I have always had this in me, especially with my upbringing and the cross-cultural references I can pull from. The second was that what we are doing this summer is very important/serious. I saw this in the intensity that Mr. Garner brought to everything we did. He was like a coach who was pushing his team to be champions. He was definitely showing the intensity. It was like how I think an Alabama practice with coach Saban is like or what Tom Izzo is like at Michigan State. Their standards are high, and it can feel intimidating, but you’re also interested that they can and will make you great if you let them.
