How was your first day? What stood out to you?

My Thoughts

Our first day was fast-paced and packed with activities, but I’ve learned so much already from those experiences. The thing that has stood out to me the most today is the importance of letting Biblical education influence the way we see the world. I’ve been studying the Bible for four years now, but it’s still not always a reflexive next step for me to let that word filter what I’m seeing and experiencing. I’m thankful for that lesson being emphasized today so I’m hopeful I can continue to develop that skill as we travel and experience new cultures.
